How can we help?

Help with your budget, account, and backups.

Email NestBudget Support

Support is provided by Kap Tung at sentricorex@gmail.com. Include your app version, phone model, and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, or complete financial backups.

Getting started

Choose Explore the demo to try sample records, Start my budget for an on-device budget, or sign in to save an online account budget. Demo and personal records are separate. Native online accounts currently use USD.

Online saving and reconnecting

Open Account to sign in or choose Reconnect saved account after reopening the app. Use Refresh to load the latest online budget. An internet connection is required for online account changes. If a save fails or a version conflict appears, refresh and check your records before trying again.

Bills and payments

Turn on Remind me the day before when adding a bill to get a 9 AM notification on this device; allow notifications for NestBudget in Settings. Record bills and mark them paid after you pay the company yourself. NestBudget does not send payments or automatically import bills in this release.

Backups

Use the app's backup export and restore controls for on-device budgets. Review a restore preview before confirming. Exported files are not encrypted; keep them in a private location. Reinstalling the app or clearing its storage can remove local records.

Delete your account

Sign in, open Account, choose Permanently delete account, and follow the password and confirmation prompts. Household owners must remove other members first. Account deletion removes the online account; it does not delete separate local budgets or previously exported files. See the privacy policy for details about shared household records.

Sign-in or privacy requests

If you cannot sign in or need help with an access, correction, or deletion request, email support. If you forget your password, email support from your account email address and we will help you reset it. We may request information to verify account ownership, but will never ask you to email your password.
